Golf Clubs and Balls
Golf balls and clubs are reconditioned second hand and are sold voetstoots and are not returnable or refundable.
Second Chance has been selling second-hand balls and clubs for over 25 years and is expert in making sure that all balls and clubs reconditioned, graded and sold are as described.
All other products
All other products are sold as new and they may be returned for a full refund if they are delivered with a manufacturing fault or are not as described on this website, provided that:
- 1. You inform us by email that you wish to return the Products within 7 days of delivery, and
- 2. You contact and complete handover to our courier within 5 days of us providing you with our couriers contact details and our specific tracking number for your return, and
- 3. The returned package is no larger than the one you received, and
- 4. The Products are returned unused and in the same condition as received, and
- 5. All tags and labels remain attached to the Products.
If we agree that the items returned are not as described or have a manufacturing fault then we aim to get your refund to you within 48 hours of us receiving your returned Products. You will receive a proof of payment email notifying you that the money has been refunded.
Refunds will be paid into the bank account linked to the Credit Card or EFT that was used to pay for the original order.
If your return does not meet all of our above returns criteria we will email you to explain why and will offer to return the Products to you at your expense if you are unable to collect them from our store . We reserve the right to also be refunded for the cost of couriering the items back to us but will only do this in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
